Processing time
The processing time is the amount of time needed to prepare an order for dispatch. Each item is hand made to order by one person.
The current processing time is 3-5 business days. Dispatch may be quicker, but please accept that it can take up to the full processing time to dispatch, particularly during busy periods.

Estimated delivery times after dispatch:

All items are sent via 1st Class Royal Mail. We do our best to meet these estimates, but we can't guarantee them. Actual delivery depends on the delivery courier
Hot Weather rules
During the summer months in the event of a heatwave, we will temporary suspend all shipping until the temperature cools. Please don’t worry, we have not forgotten your order! We just want to ensure that your wax treats
don’t melt in transit and arrive to you in perfect condition. We generally pause all postage during warm temperatures of 23C or higher. In these circumstances we’ll always keep you updated via our website and our social media.
Returns & conditions
Cancellations
We accept returns for items in unused condition only. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and dispatch items back within 14 days of delivery.
Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please note that refunds will be processed upon receiving the returned items.
We do not accept cancellations, but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.
